Housing and meal packages are NOT included in the registration fees though all on site lodging and meal reservations for this conference are to be made through the Exodus International Freedom Conference website registration process.

Shared Rooms:Each shared room will be connected to another shared room through a common bathroom. Please click here to view the floor plan for a shared room. Within the registration process, you can request a roommate but roommates will only be assigned if both parties make the request. For further requests, please contact the Exodus office.
*Private Rooms:
There are a limited number of private rooms available on site. Private rooms will be located in the upper and lower quads. The typical quad floor plan is suite style with 2 private bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Please click here to view this floor plan.

Roommates:
The Exodus Events’ Department will be making all roommate arrangements for conference attendees who request assistance. Attendees will also be able to request a specific roommate during the conference registration process.
Married couples can choose either the private room or the shared room option. If a married couple wishes to reserve a private room suite (2 bedrooms and one bathroom) each person would need to register for the private room/shared bathroom option and note in the comment box that they wish to share a suite with their spouse. If a married couple chooses to share a room, they would each choose the shared room/shared bathroom option and they need to know that they will be sharing the connecting bathroom with another couple.

If you do not choose a meal plan, there will be a limited number of individual meals that may be available for purchase in the Student Union Dining Hall. Bon Appetit will accept cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. There is also an on campus coffee shop where attendees will be able to purchase snacks and coffee drinks.
