Special Needs

If you have any special physical needs or requests that should be addressed, please note this on your conference registration or direct them to us by email no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference. If you are in need of a wheel chair or other mobility device, and you are not able to bring your own, Exodus will not be able to provide this service. You can contact a local mobility company.

Hearing Impaired / Deaf Ministry:

Exodus is very aware of this great ministry need in the deaf community. It is our desire to impact the deaf community with this message of truth and freedom. If you are hearing impaired, we are excited that you have considered joining us at the Exodus Freedom Conference.

If you are hearing impaired and will require an ASL interpreter, please email us with the request no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference to guarantee this service.

Dietary Needs

If you have specific dietary needs, please be aware that Bon Appetit, catering service for Concordia University, offers a variety of options at all meal times to accommodate all special diets.  If you have a special request that is extremely unique, please email the Exodus Events office.
