Registration Questions
Q: If someone I know wants to register, but doesn’t have internet access, can I do it for them?
A: Yes. Exodus policy allows you to register others for the conference. However, you will become responsible for ensuring that the person(s) you register receive(s) all confirmation materials and correspondence that we send out via email. Further, all delegates must be familiar with and in agreement with the Code of Conduct and will be required to sign the liability release when they check in on campus.

Q: What if I want to register for the conference, but will be arriving a day(s) late?
A: In order to accommodate as many people as possible we have several different registration options including daily registration. All attendees will need to check-in on either Wednesday, June 19th during Registration Check-in or daily at the on-site conference bookstore before attending any conference events.

Technical Problems
Technical Problems we CAN address:
If you have problems linking to one of our webpages, if the pages will not load, or if you are having problems downloading any of the documents, this is a problem we may be able to address.
[We may not be able to address error messages related with your network connection or the computer software (Netscape, Explorer, Windows, Outlook, etc)]
If you contact us with an error message, we will need you to record the actual error message and WHEN (or at what part of the process) you received the message. This will help us better serve you. If you are having difficulties and you would like our help, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We may be able to complete the registration here from our office or send you a hard copy of our registration form that you could fill out by hand and submit to us. You may also try the following steps first to see if they might alleviate any problems.
Things to Try:
- Check to be sure all text boxes with Red Text on that page are filled in.
- Check your information again to VERIFY that you have entered the correct information.
- If the form does not seem to save your entered data, you may need to empty out your files called “Cookies.” Check the help menu in your web-browser (Explorer, Netscape, etc) for instructions on clearing out these files, which may solve your problem.
- There may be times when we are addressing technical issues or one of our service providers is updating their information. Sometimes if you simply wait 30-60 minutes and then try again your difficulties may be solved.
- If you have access to another computer, you can try using the “continue registration” feature on our Registration page.
Problems downloading conference materials online?
First of all, please determine whether or not you have the correct application viewer. All of our forms are provided in downloadable PDF format, to be read by Acrobat Reader or a similar program. If you need the software to download, you can visit the Adobe website.
If you are still having difficulty, we can send you the file either in hard copy by mail, by fax or by email attachment so that you can have the requested materials.
Overseas Guests
Exodus is excited about the response from people overseas who are interested in attending our conference. There are a few frequently asked questions from International delegates that we get each year. We hope that this page might address some of your initial questions. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
How can I make payment for the conference?
For all of our delegates, payment is only available in US Dollars by check, credit card or money order. See Conference Policies page.
Can I send my payment by Western Union?
Exodus will not accept international payment made through Western Union. If you are unable to pay by Visa or Master Card, you can purchase a pre-paid credit card through the Visa or Master Card websites for the exact amount you need to pay. There is a very small fee for this, and is an efficient way to be able to pay for the conference.
I need a letter to approve my VISA to come overseas.
Exodus can provide a Visa letter to you upon completion of your conference registration. To efficiently answer your request, we will need the names, addresses and confirmation numbers of ALL delegated registered and attending the conference. Please contact us with this information.
Does Exodus provide or make available assistance in travel & other costs?
The Exodus Assistance Fund is designed to provide financial assistance to those who may otherwise be unable to attend the Exodus Conference. The amount of assistance available varies each year and depends upon charitable givers. Exodus will provide partial financial assistance for the Exodus Conference registration fees to as many delegates as possible, but will not cover the total Conference registration fee for any one individual. Each applicant must provide partial coverage for the registration fees. Assistance will not be given towards travel expenses.
The Scholarship Application can be completed and filed with the Exodus office. The form is available to be downloaded on our conference website by clicking on the Conference Assistance page.
