Exodus Leaders’ Conference
All Exodus Leaders within the three Exodus Networks including Ministry Directors, Co-Directors, Small Group Leaders, Counselors, Therapists, Pastors, Church Network Representatives, and Applicant Ministry Leaders are invited to join us for the 2010 Exodus Leaders’ Conference.
Letter from the President of Exodus
Dear Exodus Leaders,
I am so excited about the 2010 Exodus Leadership Conference and its proximity to the 35th Annual Exodus Freedom Conference! Our goal this year is to provide and facilitate more times of encouragement, meaningful fellowship, ministry, and learning that will help sharpen you as the leaders God has ordained and appointed for this crucial season. As we Move Forward together, we are going to be diving deeper in our understanding of God’s grace. By both recognizing and applying this gospel truth more in our own lives, I believe we will become more effective in ministering and communicating an authentic message of hope to others who are looking to us for real answers and hope. It’s only by the gift of God’s mercy, grace and strength that any of us continue moving forward as we enjoy a life of freedom from a struggle that once had us bound and even today threatens to hold us back from pursuing a life of holiness.
Did I also mention meaningful fellowship? Yes, there will be plenty of time for interaction and connection with old friends and other great leaders you may not have met yet
Holland Davis will be also back with us again this year to lead us into amazing times of worship.
Finally, an Exodus favorite, Dr. Kathy Koch is coming back to help us with our “Mind Styles”. This is an eye-opening and life-altering teaching that has been extremely beneficial for many leaders within Exodus including myself.
I anticipate good things for us at this year’s Leadership Conference as we continue to grow together in understanding and experiencing God’s grace. I’m looking forward to our times of fellowship and being together with you all in beautiful Southern California.
Moving Forward,
Alan Chambers

The church is vibrant and flourishing under his leadership. Clark and his wife, Martha, also serve on the Board of Directors of Exodus International and Marriage Today.
Dr. Kathy Koch

To meet Dr. Kathy Koch, Ph.D. (pronounced "cook") through a paragraph description doesn't do her justice. Of course, we're sure the same is true of you. In a paragraph, you can't experience Dr. Kathy's personal interest, enthusiasm, authenticity, and communication skills. In other words, her heart can't come through. When you do meet her, it won't take you long to agree with others, there's a refreshing realness to Kathy that will encourage and inspire you.
Today, as the Founder of Celebrate Kids, Inc., Dr. Kathy teaches these important truths to parents, children of all ages, teachers, women, and missionaries nationally and internationally in seminars sponsored by schools, churches, and conventions.
Dr. Kathy is appreciated for her practical, realistic, helpful, and insightful ideas about many topics. She is also known for her down-to-earth, upbeat, humorous, and forthright style. People report being both encouraged and challenged. Whether a group is small or large, those in attendance sense Kathy's love and respect for them.
Holland Davis

is currently the founding pastor of Worship Life Calvary Chapel in San Clemente and a featured writer for Technologies for Worship Magazine. Holland also served as the A&R / Marketing Director for Maranatha! Music where he started the Worship Underground label. He also was the originator of the gold selling Top 25 Praise Songs and was on the A&R and Marketing committee for the Wow Worship Series. After leaving Maranatha! Music, Holland pioneered the School of Worship at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa where he served as the worship leader for Pastor Chuck Smith. He continues to pioneer new avenues of distribution for independent worship songwriters through at worshipsong.com.
Some of Holland's more popular songs include: Let It Rise, Who Is Like The Lord, For Such A Time As This, At The Cross, Healing Word, Glorious, Warrior King, Surrender, To Him Who Sits Upon The Throne, I Will Stand, Worthy Is the Lamb, An Ocean Of Forgiveness.
Holland is married to Roxie Davis and has three kids - Austin Davis, Chase Davis and Madison Davis.
